WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the personal nature of our products, most of the items we sell are final sale. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any adult merchandise. We do test all toys to ensure they are functioning properly before purchase.
HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders ship out within 1-2 business days.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW TOY?
It is very important to clean your toy before and after each use with either soap and warm water or a mild toy cleaner. Different toys may require special care, so read your toy’s instructions. Some toys can not be fully submerged in water. All toys must be dried completely before charging. When storing your toy, keep it in a cool, dry location free from dust. If you are storing multiple toys together, place the toys in separate plastic bags or containers. Water-based lubricant is the best option for most toys.
DO I NEED TO CHARGE MY TOY BEFORE I USE IT?
All toys must be charged prior to use. Please read your toys instructions regarding charging recommendations.

There are many factors to consider when purchasing your first toy, such as a toy’s purpose, shape, material, size and color.
